Sensei Mark Mitchell is coming down from Brisbane to give us some pointers in full contact kumite, the IFK way. He has an impressive record going back to his teenage years, when he was training under Hanshi Arneil.

Cost for current IFKKA members is $20, and $30 for non-members. Pay your instructor or pay at the door, but please let your instructor know you are coming.

Bring your protective gear, shin-pads, mitts, breast or groin guard, and mouth guard

It will be at Kuro Obi dojo.
